About Us
Welcome to our 14-storied residential building located inside the serene Lakecity area of Khilkhet, Dhaka. Completed in 2022, our building stands as a symbol of modern living combined with a strong sense of community.
We operate under the Shapla Flat Owner's Association, which actively manages and maintains our shared spaces and initiatives. We pride ourselves on inclusivity, making collective decisions through WhatsApp discussions or general meetings involving all flat owners.
Our community places high importance on safety and preparedness. We conduct annual fire drills and organize quarterly training sessions for our security personnel to ensure a secure environment for all residents.
Beyond safety, we cherish neighborly bonds. Regular meetups and social gatherings help us stay connected, and our WhatsApp groups serve as a vital channel for ongoing communication. We proudly refer to ourselves as the Shapla Neighbours.
